  1. Metro Atlanta and urban markets Inside the Perimeter: Homes priced at $1.5 million and above.

  2. Suburban Metro Markets, North Georgia Mountains, Lakes, and Southern Crescent, markets Outside the Perimeter: Homes priced at $1,00000 and above, or representing the top 10% of the local market based on MLS data and area standards.
