The consultation is where clarity and professionalism begin. Setting a dedicated meeting demonstrates your value, creates structure, and prepares the buyer for what to expect. A scheduled consultation helps the buyer feel supported and guided.
Aim for the first weekend your listing goes live and avoid major holiday weekends.
Send an appointment confirmation including time, date, and meeting format.
Use virtual formats when in-person meetings are not possible.

- Use both documents to stay consistent and organized.
