The final walkthrough gives the buyer confidence that the home is in the anticipated condition. This is their last chance to verify repairs and ensure nothing has changed since the inspection.
Aim for the first weekend your listing goes live and avoid major holiday weekends.
Schedule the walkthrough as you would any standard showing appointment.
Coordinate directly if ShowingTime is unavailable or restricted.

- Use both documents to stay consistent and organized.
- Save both documents in the buyer file for the upcoming consultation.
