Step 4: Add Buyer to CRM & Thank You Note
Adding the buyer to your CRM ensures every interaction is tracked and organized. It creates consistency, enhances follow up, and strengthens client relationships.
Add tags in CRM so future campaigns trigger correctly.
- Update the buyer contact with the appropriate deal type (buyer), Status (Client), and Hashtags (#buyer, #bhhsganewsletter, #realscout, etc) in BHHS Connect
- Set follow up reminders or tasks in BHHS Connect or your own personal system
- Record lender details and communication history.
- Add buyer to nurture campaigns, (BHHSGA Newsletter and Market Reports, in addition to the search results noted below)
